塞奧羅奈（INN：cioteronel；開發代號：CPC-10997）是一種從未上市的非甾體抗雄激素（英語：Nonsteroidal antiandrogen）（NSAA）。^[1]^[2]^[3]該藥物於1989年至2001年間開發，用於局部治療雄激素性脫髮（男性型禿髮）和痤瘡，以及口服治療良性前列腺增生；該藥物在痤瘡的治療上進入了III期臨床試驗，在雄激素性脫髮的治療上進入了II期臨床試驗，但最終由於療效不佳而被停止開發。^[3]^[4]
