农业机械属于农业自动化技术的一部分，其中包括更先进的数位设备和农业机器人技术。[1]指用于农业、畜牧业、林业和渔业所有动力机械的总称，农业机械属于农机具的范畴，绿色革命后在全球兴起。推广使用农业机械称为农业机械化。
农业机械是指用于耕作或其他农业的机械结构和装置。此类设备有多种类型，从手动工具和电动工具到拖拉机及其牵引或操作的农具。机械用于有机和非有机农业。特别是自从机械化农业出现以来，农业机械已成为世界粮食生产中不可或缺的一部分。
